Al Alamein Towers stands as a prominent high-rise complex within the vibrant New Alamein City, Egypt. This ambitious project encompasses the iconic centerpiece, the Iconic Tower, alongside several other distinguished residential and commercial buildings, collectively shaping a modern urban landscape on the Mediterranean coast. The Iconic Tower, designed to be a landmark, soars to an approximate height of 300 meters and boasts a vast building area of about 460,000 square meters. Its main structure has already topped out, with construction progressing rapidly. Complementing this architectural marvel are four additional ultra-high residential and commercial buildings, each reaching an impressive height of about 210 meters and offering a building area of around 160,000 square meters. Strategically located in the heart of New Alamein City, Al Alamein Towers is a focal point of this grand development. New Alamein City itself is envisioned as a modern, sustainable urban center, approximately 300 km northwest of Cairo. Its purpose is to diversify Egypt's tourism offerings and foster the development of the northwestern coastal region. Designed to accommodate a target population of about 2 million people, the city features diverse residential areas, dynamic commercial spaces, and notable tourist attractions such as the Heritage City and the Latin City. Al Alamein Towers represents a significant contribution to this broader initiative, creating a sophisticated blend of residential, commercial, and tourist-oriented developments in a strategic coastal setting.
