I could not find any official project page or verified announcement from The Ark Development for a project named “Cascada” in the New Administrative Capital. Public web results point to a different project named “Cascada Mall New Capital” associated with a different developer (Golden Town Developments), not The Ark Development. Therefore, I can’t reliably confirm Cascada project details under the developer stated in the metadata without an official higher-priority source.
