East Shire

Eastshire is a boutique residential community spanning about 26 acres in the heart of New Cairo (5th Settlement), developed by AlQamzi Developments. It features a limited collection of 229 exclusive homes in a harmonious master plan designed for privacy and abundant natural views, offering a mix of standalone villas and townhouses to fit different family needs. The master plan concept leverages the site’s slopes and integrates them into the design through key landscape spines, a main valley/valleys, and Spanish-steps-style piazza elements, supported by water features and a swimming pool.
