Green Plaza

Green Plaza is a residential project by Tesla Developments located in 6th of October City. The design is organized around multiple residential blocks with modern façades, forming an inward-facing central plaza that includes landscaped green areas, internal walkways, and a calmer, more private living environment away from street traffic. The project features a swimming pool within the inner community space, and it also includes a commercial mall/retail area to serve residents and enhance the project’s overall value. Green Plaza offers multiple apartment layouts, including 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom options with a wide range of areas (roughly from 110 sqm up to 200+ sqm), with different unit configurations to match different needs.
