Marq Gardens

Marq Gardens is an all-villa, gated community in the heart of New Cairo, planned to serve around 300 villas across 26 feddans within a green, serenity-focused environment. The concept centers on open living and themed gardens and routes, featuring water elements and dedicated zones such as the Water Garden, Aroma Garden, and Moon Garden, plus a 1.5 km loop lane designed for running, walking, and cycling. The community is designed to deliver a “hotel-like” residential experience through on-demand services and the MarQ Living App (housekeeping, maintenance, car wash, dry cleaning, compound-wide delivery, and more), supported by smart features like keyless access, automated visitors management, and online payments. Residents also benefit from a clubhouse for social and wellness-oriented activities, and The MarQ Drive— a pedestrian-friendly retail strip offering a supermarket, pharmacy, F&B options, and premium office spaces.
