Nmq is an apartments lifestyle development by Melee in Sheikh Zayed (6th of October district), positioned among established residential compounds and benefiting from direct access to a major traffic spine (Waslet Dahshour). The location is minutes from key points such as Juhayna Square and Wahat Road, and close to major destinations like Mall of Arabia, Arkan Plaza, and Nile University. The master plan follows a mixed-use concept, combining residential and commercial components and featuring a clubhouse. Nmq also introduces a branded-living concept (Nmq x KYND Branded Residence) focused on an elevated resident journey through concierge services and meticulously curated events.
