Scenes

Scenes is a new residential community by Tatweer Misr, offering a modern vision of sustainable living set within green, nature-forward surroundings and scenic landscapes. The development blends a sense of historic elegance with a contemporary lifestyle, creating an enriching environment designed with young families in mind. Scenes emphasizes environmental awareness from an early age through interactive Learning & Discovery initiatives for children, including Outdoor STEM Discovery Zones with hands-on solar energy experiments, interactive botanical stations teaching plant biology and sustainable agriculture, as well as educational pathways with kid-friendly signage and workshops focused on renewable energy and conservation. The project features a variety of home types—middle and corner townhouses, twinhouses, and villas—across different sizes with practical layouts that include terraces and family living spaces, and in some models maid’s rooms and on-plot parking. Overall, Scenes is positioned as an integrated, nurturing community built to support residents’ present and future in a healthier, more sustainable way.
