Terrace

Terrace is a master-planned residential community by Housing and Development Properties (affiliated with Housing and Development Bank), positioned in the heart of Sheikh Zayed within Greater Cairo. The concept focuses on blending urban architecture with nature to deliver a calm, close-knit neighborhood that feels suburban while remaining inside a developed urban setting. The project spans around 150,000 sqm and dedicates a large portion to greenery and open spaces, supported by landscaped zones and water elements featured in the master plan.
