The Wonder Marq

The Wonder MarQ is a residential-and-commercial destination by The MarQ, positioned as “a destination beyond imagination” and built around an art-driven, inspiring lifestyle concept. The project spans 260 feddans, split into 200 residential feddans and 60 commercial feddans, with a clear separation between the living districts and a dedicated commercial core that includes Downtown and The Strip. The residential experience is organized into four main themed zones: The Hills, The Lake, The Streams, and the Forest—anchored by strong water-scape storytelling, where “The Streams” is presented as urban islands within water landscapes. The commercial side features Downtown as the vibrant hub where activities happen, and The Strip marketed as the longest commercial strip in Al Mostakbl City, alongside shops and offices, a landmark attraction (Wonder Eye), and key services such as two schools (Lycee Albet-Eis) and a medical complex. On the planning side, the brochure highlights Streams’ masterplan metrics (5 km to Downtown, minimum valley length 10 m) and a competitive valley distance range reaching 10–80 m as a unique value proposition. The community offers multiple home products (Signature Villa, Town Villa, Family Villa, and a new release of the Absolute Villa), with design highlights such as 3-bedroom configurations, efficient layouts, and private gardens in selected types, plus long installment options (up to 8 and 9 years) and a stated maintenance percentage.
