Triangle by Waterway is positioned as a full lifestyle destination rather than just a residential community. The project spans a total area of around 237 feddans with a low footprint of about 13%, and features a 48-feddan central park described as one of the five largest central parks within Cairo’s urban communities. Triangle is built around a “Green Island” concept, dedicating a major portion of the land to landscaping and water features to enhance views, serenity, and connectivity throughout the masterplan. The development offers a diversified product mix: multiple villa prototypes (standalone, twin, and town villas), a limited collection of Park Mansions, serviced apartments, a signature hospitality component (My Otel), and mixed-use commercial and office spaces including administrative and clinic areas, supported by a main clubhouse designed for social, recreational, and wellness use. The brochure also highlights delivery in 4 years and payment plans up to 8 years.
