Trio

TRIO is a residential compound in New Cairo spanning 35.5 acres, with a low built-up ratio (about 22%) and the majority of the land (about 78%) dedicated to greenery. The project offers more than 773 units with a range of building types and areas from 140 to 350 sqm, including private gardens ranging roughly from 45 to 70 sqm for selected units. TRIO is positioned for easy accessibility via key roads and routes, and is close to the New Capital, AUC, Sokhna Road (via Awsaty Ring Road), and Cairo International Airport via Suez Road. The compound features sports circulation trails including jogging loops (small/medium/large) and a bike trail, plus a commercial strip mall with a retail and F&B mix accessible from both sides of the compound. A clubhouse (delivered with Phase 1) is also part of the facilities. The “TRIO concept” is based on three duplexes stacked in one building, offering villa-like features with a garden and an optional plunge pool, delivered fully finished and smart-home enabled.
