YARU Residence is a residential development by Qontrac Developments in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital, located in R8 – H2 with a “strategic location in the heart of the new capital.” The project is positioned close to key capital landmarks and districts (such as the Green River and the Diplomatic Quarter) and offers easy access to main roads like Suez Road, supporting smooth connectivity to East Cairo. YARU is planned around a carefully designed landscape concept that aims to combine centrality with a balanced lifestyle, featuring low density with roughly 20% buildings and 80% greenery—enhancing openness, comfort, and privacy. The community is secured with controlled entrance gates and an on-site security system (cameras and guards).
