The ISLANDS is a residential community in R8, New Administrative Capital, designed around a “Life of Senses” concept—inviting residents to connect with nature, enjoy a touch of luxury, and cultivate well-being. The project follows an organic design language and is built around four distinct islands of sensory gardens. Each island delivers a complete sensory landscape experience through greenery, water features, and walkable movement, organized into unique pockets that emphasize smell, sound, taste, and color. The location is positioned as central and strategic—near the Government District, the Diplomatic District, and the Green River, with convenient access to major roads. It also benefits from the broader R8 planning approach that allocates a large portion of land to landscape and lakes compared to built-up areas. Facilities highlighted include mosques, gardens & water features, and a clubhouse, with unit types including apartments and townhouses. the ISLANDS Brochour
